Mindfulness based cognitive therapy is a system of emotional and psychological healing that draws on the enduring wisdom of the ancients and the dizzying revelations of contemporary neuroscience. With experience and compassion, Dr. Mark teaches and uses mindfulness based cognitive therapy to help clients quickly and effectively find joy, meaning, and direction in their lives, relationships, and work.
